Crystal spent 15+ years managing and consulting in the US restaurant industry before moving to St. Kitts to slow down life. She has always had a passion for art and photography, but truly fell in love with capturing the extraordinary landscape views of St. Kitts through her lens. Capturing the moment, editing those photos and video clips into reels, and preserving the memories forever are her true passion these days. She lives in St. Kitts with her husband Jay and daughter Chanel. Her son recently finished high school and lives in Sarasota, FL.

Jay Thomas
Jay has over 15 years of experience in the marketing and loyalty space, so making the process as easy as possible for our customers with online ordering and fulfillment is his area of expertise. He has built/managed numerous websites, and actively creates marketing systems and processes for some of the largest convenience retailers to this day. Helping businesses truly connect with their customers is his specialty and passion.
Our additional partners own and operate Rock Lobster, one of the most successful seafood restaurants in St. Kitts. While staying in the background, they help manage on-site operations in St. Kitts to keep things running smoothly at all times.
