1. How do I book a photo session with you?
We are available for booking at Timothy Hill Overlook and other great photo locations on Cruise Days. Please contact us to arrange a date and time.
2. Can I customize a photography package to fit my specific needs?
We can absolutely customize a photography package. Please contact us to discuss what you are looking for and we will do our best to accommodate.
3. How long does it take to receive the final edited images?
Our professional photos are edited by our digital team and emailed within 72hours.
4. Are entrance fees included in the St. Kitts Island Tours?
Yes, entrance fees are included in the total tour cost, with no added fees. Food and Drinks are not included, but available throughout the tour. The only additional cost is the 17% government tax that is included at checkout when booking.
5. Is lunch served on the St. Kitts Island Tours?
While lunch is extra, we will provide 2 options if interested. Guests can preorder a local Lobster Roll & famous Rum Punch ToGo from our partner's restaurant, voted one of the best Lobster restaurants in St. Kitts. We will also stop at our favorite beach bar, which has options for sandwiches, sides, and drinks.
6. How many professional photos are included in the St. Kitts Island Tour?
Our standard package includes 5 different professionally edited photos at our most picturesque locations. Additional photos can be arranged and purchased. All photos are edited and emailed within 72 hours.
7. What should we wear on the St. Kitts Island Tour??
Our tour will cruise in air-conditioned vans, so dress comfortably. We will not do too much walking, so sandals or shoes are fine. Guests will have the option of swimming or walking on the beach for 30 minutes at the beach bar, so wear a swimsuit under your clothes if you'd like, but not required.
8. Are refunds available?
We try to be as flexible as possible, but would like to keep a reserved seat filled. Cancellations more than 48 hours before the tour, or cancelled dockings, will receive 100% of the refund. Bookings under 48 hours will receive a 50% refund, with up to to 100% at our discretion.
9. What if it rains during a Booking?
For Island Tours: This is why we love air-conditioned vans, so guests don't get wet. In St. Kitts, rain is usually short-lived and passes quickly to sunshine. We have the ability to flexibly adjust the tour during rain so that guests can still see most stops and spend more time at the covered beach bar if needed. For a Photography Session - we can be flexible and either find an alternate time or change days if available.
10. Are the Drivers Licensed and Insured for the St. Kitts Island Tours??
Absolutely, we partner with our own hand-picked drivers that hold a valid taxi & tour operator license in St. Kitts, along with valid commercial liability insurance. The driver/vehicle is licensed and insured, and we are along for the ride with you.
